Headlamp
A compact flashlight, usually with bright LED bulbs, that is mounted and worn on a headband, allowing a climber the free use of his hands. Climbers usually carry headlamps (headtorches in Britain) on long climbs or mountain routes where there is a good chance of being benighted on the climb or on the descent.
