Sundown Ledge, a series of cliffs, looms above the Swift River and the Kancamagus Highway in the southern White Mountains. These excellent crags offer loads of fun sport climbing up fractured edges, sharp prows, steep corners, and blocky roofs. The technical routes require good footwork and finger strength to clip the anchors. Here Lisa Hörst grabs good holds up Dikenstein (5.11c), a pumpy line up a left-angling dike on the Main Cliff.
