Finger Crack

A finger crack is a crack or crevice on a cliff face that is the width of a climber’s fingers, usually between ½-inch and one-inch wide. Climbers ascend a finger crack by finger jamming or wedging their fingers in the crack. Finger cracks are protected by small cams and nuts like Stoppers.
