Lunch Rock Wall is composed of a few big panels of rock on the far left side of The Front Side. An assortment of fun moderate gear-protected routes ascend each of the faces.

  1. Lunch Rock Direct (5.7) Classic and excellent. Climb up left along a left-leaning crack system to a cliff-top belay.
  2. Lunch Rock (5.8) Begin right of #1. Work up a thin left-facing corner system and crack. After a roof, climb up left and finish up #1.
  3. Cave Exit (5.7) Climb a moderate right-facing dihedral.
  4. Look for Mars Bars (5.4) Scramble up to the top of some boulders to start. Climb a big right-facing dihedral and the face just right to a high belay stance. Rappel to the base or scramble up left and down slabs back to the road.
  5. Hueco Walk (5.6 R) A great stroll up a face full of huecos. Somewhat runout. From the right edge of a scoop, climb to a crack. Fun climbing up juggy huecos lead to a belay stance. Look for anchors with slings (replace if they’re old and brittle) and belay your partner up. Rappel 85 feet to the base or scramble up and left to get off.
